Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or consumed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refunds

After verification of the issue, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
